Meet Procedures
The PVP swim team is part of the Morris County Summer Swim League.
All League meets are usually held on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning; Starting times for evening meets is at 6pm and Saturday mornings is at 9am, PVP swimmers are expected to arrive at the pool 60 minutes before the start of the meet, Wednesday at 5pm and Saturday at 8am.
No deck entries are accepted so we ask each swimmer to declare his/her attendance to swim by the due date (the coaches will send out reminders):
Swim meet RSVP due dates:
Wednesday pm meet by 8pm on Monday
Saturday am meet by 12pm on Thursday
A week after the last scheduled dual meets there will be the League Championship Meet.
Swimmers must participate in 3 dual meets to count toward Championship Meet eligibility requirements.
The team needs volunteers to run the meets, each family is asked to help out whenever possible. Thank you!
