Welcome to the first week of the 2024 PVP Season! We have a few reminders to help this season run smoothly!

• Time Trials will be held Wednesday morning instead of our typical practice. Please:
  • Mark your swimmer’s availability by 12 noon tomorrow (Tuesday).
  • Have your swimmer(s) at PVP on Wednesday at 8:30am. Time Trials run from 9-11am.
  • THANK YOU to all who have signed up to help with a job already. We are still looking for 5 more timers - if you are new to PVP or have never worked as a timer before, this is a great way to learn! We will show you what to do.
• Code of Conduct - your swimmer cannot participate in our first meet on 6/22 without a Code of Conduct signed and returned. We will have blank copies at practice this week and they can be returned to coaches, Karen, or Christine.
• Upcoming meets
  • Please be sure to mark your swimmer(s) for upcoming meets. Mark availability for Saturday meets by Thursday at noon and for Wednesday meets by Monday at 8pm.
  • Job Portal - we are off to a great start with parent volunteers. THANK YOU! Please continue to sign up for future meets. If you have any questions about any of the responsibilities, we are here to help!
